Vidhya Srinivasan was appointed as the key managerial personnel and chief financial officer (CFO) of Eicher Motor on 18 November 2022 (today). She has a qualified chartered accountant (CA) from ICAI Institute and also holds a postgraduate diploma in business administration (BA) from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad. Having experience of more than 24 years in strategy, finance, legal and commercial function and business planning.
Previously, she worked with Bata India as finance director and chief financial officer. Before joining Bata, she also worked with Puma Sports India as executive director – of finance, legal & it and chief financial officer (2014-2020).
Royal Enfield is the parent company of Eicher Motors. Additionally, Eicher has a joint venture with Sweden’s AB Volvo – Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles, which operates in commercial vehicle space in India.
A consolidated net profit of auto motors company hit a high 76 per cent to Rs 656.86 crore in the second quarter of FY23 from Rs 373.20 crore in the second quarter of FY22. Total revenue from operations was recorded at Rs 3,519.40 crore, up 56.4 per cent compared to Rs 2,249.56 crore in Q2FY22.
