Unacademy has purchased Swiflearn for an undisclosed amount. With this acquisition, Unacademy is thinking to build its position in the K-12 sector and enhancing its product offerings in the space, a company statement said. Founded by Abhinav Agarwal and Anand Bakode in 2019, Swiflearn is an online platform for educational courses which allows personalised home tuition to students of class1-10 in CBSE and ICSE boards. The firm offers online tuition classes for English, Mathematics and Science and other necessary learnings like mental ability, life skills and Vedic maths.

Abhinav, Anand and their team have developed an amazing product that is observing huge grip. We have a common vision to offer quality education open and affordable for children of all age groups, and we are happy to have Swiftlearn as a part of the Unacademy Group,” Gaurav Munjal, CEO and Co-founder of Unacademy, stated.
