Ujjivan Financial Services has raised Rs 225 crore through issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis.
It has said in a regulatory filing that the NCDs are proposed to be listed on BSE and the company has received in-principle approval for the aforesaid NCDs.
It further said that the tenor of the NCDs is of two years and maturity date is November 16,2018.
It will be attracting the interest rate of 9.65 percent per annum wherein the interest will be paid semi-annually.
