uFaber to Hire 1,000 Employees in WFH Jobs

uFaber Edutech is looking to hire over 1,000 employees in the upcoming 6 months for WFH jobs, with an aim to grow five times over the year-ago period. The edtech startup, which offers hyper-personalized learning solutions, has around 1 million learners so far and aims to increase the count to 10 million in the next 2 years.

uFaber recorded a revenue of Rs 35 crore in 2020-21 and aims to triple it to Rs 100 crore in the current fiscal by increasing subscriptions and growth in user base. “Our bet on hyper-personalized learning with trainers at the centre is paying off,” Rohit Jain, Co-founder, and Chief Executive of uFaber Edutech said. “As the pandemic forced the shift to online learning, parents are seeking learning options other than the curriculum for their children, and they find the value of an expert trainer personally coaching their child quite attractive.”

The startup is also looking to sharply expand its trainer base from the current 2,800. uFaber was among the first to identify the potential of qualified women professionals working from home with its “eMaester” programme, which currently has 2,800 women trainers. The firm currently has 3,000+ hours of video content and a base of 60,000+ students. Learning is imparted through interactive videos, accessible via the web or an app.
