On Tuesday, Thomson Reuters Corp posted higher Q3 revenue and operating profit due to gains in its three biggest divisions.
Thomson Reuters, the Canada-based news and Information Company, registered $1.57 billion in sales during the quarter. On the other hand, operating earnings surged 41% to $398 million. Reportedly, adjusted earnings per share (EPS) remained at 57 cents.
Founded in 2008, Thomson Reuters is a Toronto-based multinational media conglomerate. Its main divisions are Reuters, Openly, and Context. Thomson Reuters was created by the Thomson Corporation’s purchase of the UK-based Reuters Group in 2008.
