Tech Mahindra has introduced a new Large Language Model (LLM) to help telecom operators leverage AI for improved performance and efficiency.
Built on AWS cloud and NVIDIA AI Enterprise, the model enables traditional telecom networks (L4 and above) to become fully autonomous.
It manages structured (events, alarms, counters) and unstructured data (logs, images, text) to enhance service quality and proactively resolve issues.
The model is trained on extensive telecom datasets and utilises generative and agentic AI frameworks for optimal network management.
Initially, it will enhance operational efficiency through “Intelligent Observability,” featuring AI-driven solutions like Dynamic Network Insights Studio for monitoring and Proactive Network Anomaly Resolution Hub for automatic issue detection and resolution.
Tech Mahindra stated that this shift to autonomous networks will help telcos cut costs and build more agile, resilient network environments.
