Tech Mahindra has recently announced a strategic partnership with Soroco, the world’s first work graph company. Under the partnership, a state-of-the-art Center of Excellence (CoE) will be established to deliver an accelerated transformation program for business process management.
The planned CoE will be located in New Delhi. It will support the evolving digital transformation needs of customers. As part of the partnership, both companies are willing to support customers to develop a culture of continuous improvement, assets, industry best practices, etc.
Scout, Soroco’s platform, will focus on task-mining-led solutions. The leading tech giant Tech Mahindra will primarily deal in the platform’s implementation part and managing services.
According to Soroco’s CEO Samson David, Tech Mahindra will assist in building the world’s first work graph platform, a database of shared digital experiences. He further said that the partnership would assess how things happen on-ground. Tech Mahindra will leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) based process discovery and mining technology to enhance their outcomes.
Both companies aim to cater to global clients from various industries, including telecom, manufacturing, banking, retail, and automation and deliver highly efficient and capable business solutions. Tech Mahindra provides innovative digital experiences for enterprises, enabling their growth.
