Skanray is a leading global MedTech R&D and manufacturing company that operates in seven countries and specializes in diagnostic imaging, critical care, surgery, and OT solutions.

This partnership aims to revolutionize diagnosis and treatment using cutting-edge technology, ensuring predictability, accuracy, and consistency.

Tata Elxsi stated that Skanray is pursuing a long-term strategy to expand its portfolio by adding new device families and modalities.

Through this partnership, Skanray aims to create reusable modules and components for medical devices and develop an advanced analytics cloud platform.

The company will lead a software platform for diagnostics that covers imaging, critical care, and surgical systems from Skanray, ensuring compatibility and multimodal functionality. This platform will incorporate the latest AI and GenAI technologies for improved process efficiencies.

Tata Elxsi’s expertise in medical imaging, software development, cloud, AI, and analytics, combined with Skanray’s knowledge of medical devices and core technology, will help transform medical technology.

At 3:30 PM, the shares of Tata Elxsi closed 1.06% lower at Rs 6,700 on BSE.
