On Friday, the Supreme Court has set fresh terms to release Sahara’s founder Subrata Roy, who is jailed for more than a year in a dispute over issuance of illegal bonds.
The court said that Sahara will have to pay 30 billion rupees ($470.59 million) in nine instalments after Roy’s release from the jail.
After his release on bail, Roy will have to submit his passport to the court, the court said.
