The GIFT Nifty futures, which is an early indicator of the Nifty50 index, was trading 0.07% lower by 15.5 points at 22,570.50, indicating that the domestic benchmark indices are likely to make a negative start on Tuesday.
On Monday, 24 February, Domestic benchmark indices S&P BSE Sensex plunged by 857 points or 1.14% and settled at 74,454.41, while the Nifty50 traded 1.06% lower by 243 points, settling at 22,553.35.

Shree Cement: The company has announced receiving a GST demand order worth Rs 41.1 crore from the Deputy Commissioner, State Tax, Special Circle, Patna, for valuation and excess ITC availed.
Biocon: The company’s subsidiary, Biocon Biologics, has announced the launch of YESINTEK in the United States. YESINTEK is the first biosimilar alternative to Stelara (ustekinumab) in the US market, which is approved for Crohn’s disease, plaque psoriasis, ulcerative colitis, and psoriatic arthritis.
LIC: The company has announced receiving a tax demand notice worth Rs 57.2 crore from tax authorities for excess Input Tax Credit (ITC) for the assessment year 2020-21. The company said that this tax demand will have no material impact on its financials, operations, or other activities.
Nazara Technologies: The company has announced acquiring an additional 38.57% stake in Funky Monkeys, taking its total holding to 60%, for a total consideration of Rs 28.7 crore.
Bharti Airtel: The company has announced partnering up with Apple to offer Apple Music and Apple TV+ to its Wi-Fi and postpaid customers.
