The GIFT Nifty futures, which is an early indicator of the Nifty50 index, was trading 0.17% higher by 38.50 points at 23,238, indicating that the domestic benchmark indices are likely to make a positive start on Monday.
On Friday, 17 January, Domestic benchmark indices S&P BSE Sensex slumped by 423.49 points or 0.55% and settled at 76,619.33 while the Nifty50 traded slipped 108.60 points or 0.47%, settling at 23,206.20.
