State Bank of India (SBI) is quoting at Rs 580.65, up 0.36 per cent on the NSE. The stock is up 15.82 per cent in 2021 compared to a 0.96 per cent slide in NIFTY and a 4.37 per cent slide in the Nifty Bank.

On Thursday, SBI rose for a fifth straight session. The stock is quoted at Rs 580.65, up 0.36 per cent on the NSE. The benchmark NIFTY is up around 0.16 per cent. The Sensex is at 59598.85, up 0.09 per cent. SBI gained around 10.63 per cent in September.
Meanwhile, the Nifty Bank index of which State Bank of India has gained around 9.21 per cent in September and is currently quoting at 41122.75. The volume in the stock stood at 77.97 lakh shares on Thursday compared to the daily average of 119.08 lakh shares in September.
In October, the benchmark futures contract for the stock was quoted at Rs 581.8, up 0.43 per cent. State Bank of India is up 15.82 per cent in 2021 compared to a 0.96 per cent slide in NIFTY and a 4.37 per cent slide in the Nifty Bank index. As of June 2022, the private equity of the stock is 14.08 based on TTM earnings.
