Shriram Transport Finance Company has raised Rs 600 crore through issuing non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis.
It has said in a BSE filing that “The allotment committee-NCDs of the company in its meeting held on March 23, 2017, approved and allotted 6,000 partly paid secured redeemable rated listed non-convertible debenture of face value of Rs 10,00,000 each on private placement basis for a issue size of Rs 600 crore.”
The interest rate on the NCDs is 8.10 percent and tenure is 5 years.
