Sebi plans to overhaul the existing investor complaint system, SCORES, by introducing an updated version of its website and mobile app functionality.
In this regard, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has invited interested parties to submit expressions of interest (EoIs) to replace the old system with the new version, according to a notification on Friday. SCORES (SEBI Complaints Redressal System) is an online platform designed to help investors file securities market-related complaints, mainly against listed companies and registered intermediaries. It became operational in June 2011.
