Saya Group Plans to Invest Rs 4,000 Crore in Next 3 Years

The funding for the project will be generated through bank debts and internal accruals.

Saya Group, on 28 November, announced that they are set to invest Rs 4,000 crore over a period of the next three years to develop realty projects in Greater Noida, Ghaziabad micro-markets, and Noida.

In its regulatory filing, the company said that it will invest Rs 1,500 crore in an ultra-luxury high-end residential project in Indirapuram in Ghaziabad, and the company will also develop 2.33 million square feet of commercial space with an investment of Rs 2,500 crore.

Vikas Bhasin, Chairman and Managing Director of Saya Group, said, “This is a testament to the company’s financial foundation and commitment to timely project delivery. The Group’s lands are fully paid up, which further solidifies our status as a dependable developer.”

The company currently has ongoing projects that include India’s tallest mall, ‘Saya Status Mall,’ which has 1.4 million square feet of area, adjacent to the Noida-Greater Expressway.
