Quick Heal Technologies, the software provider has raised Rs 133.9 crore through issue of shares to 10 anchor investors, including BNP Paribas Advantage and Reliance MF.
The total of 10 anchor investors have been allotted 41.70 lakh equity shares at Rs 321 apiece, the upper end of the price band through Quick Heal.
The anchor investors includes foreign investors like Driehaus Emerging Markets Smallcap Growth Fund, Nomura India Stock Mother Fund, BNP Paribas Advantage and Jupiter India Fund.
