On Tuesday, PwC India said it would acquire Venerate Solutions Private Limited, a Bengaluru-based sales consultancy. However, PwC India did not disclose the financial details of the acquisition.
After the acquisition, Venerate and its consultants and development team will be integrated with PwC India’s sales team, PwC India said, adding that the acquisition is in line with its commitment to invest in digital transformation and strategic alliances.
Founded in 2016, Venerate builds and deploys custom solutions across multiple clouds on the Salesforce platform, including Financial Services Cloud, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, and various integration tools.
Sanjeev Krishan, Chairman, PwC India, said: “Venerate will strengthen our sales force consulting practice with significant end-to-end capabilities in platform engineering, cloud and managed services, thereby enhancing our ambitions as a community of problem solvers”.
Arnab Basu, Leader-Advisory at PwC India, said the acquisition marked the beginning of the inorganic growth aspirations of India’s consulting business.
