Practo Technologies, a healthcare services start-up has acquired Enlightiks Business Solutions which is a healthcare analytics company, in an all cash and stock deal.
Enlightiks does provide machine and deep learning services to nearly 250 hospital and clinics.
The employees of the company will be absorbed into Practo.
