On Wednesday, Phoenix Mills Ltd rose 2.6 per cent to trade at Rs 1590.05. The S&P BSE Realty Index index is up 0.96 per cent. The index is up 4.13 per cent over October. Prestige Estates Projects Ltd increased by 1.93 per cent, and Brigade Enterprises Ltd added 0.97 per cent today. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went down 18.61 per cent in 2021 compared to the 1.44 per cent surge in benchmark SENSEX.
