On Monday, Unichem Laboratories plans to distribute Rs 4 per equity share of Rs 2/- each for FY22, with shareholder approval in AGM (Annual General Meeting). More than 17 per cent has raised shares of Unichem Labs on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
“We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on Friday, May 27, 2022, has recommended a Dividend of Rs 4/- (200%) per equity share of Rs.2/- each for the year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting,” the pharma company informed in an exchange filing on Friday.

On Friday, Unichem Laboratories consolidated net profit at Rs 71 crore for Q4 ended March 31, 2022. In the fourth quarter net loss of Rs, 41 lakhs was reported in the firm for FY22. The strong revenue performance rose to Rs 370 crore in the fourth quarter as against Rs 274 crore in the same period.
For the full financial year 2021-22, the company reported a net profit of Rs 33 crore against Rs 34 crore in FY21. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 1,270 crore for FY22 as against Rs 1,235 crore in FY21-22
