One of its aircraft lessors had agreed to end the court proceedings said SpiceJet.
SpiceJet said that Wilmington Trust SP Services had agreed to withdraw the process of de registering the aircraft with the condition that SpiceJet will satisfy the terms of the settlement according to a company statement to the stock exchange on Monday.
On Thursday the Delhi High Court had ordered the aviation regulator of the country Directorate General of Civil Aviation to de register six SpiceJet aircraft that belongs to two lessors.
On Friday the carrier which was on the verge of end in December after running out of cash to pay its creditors said that it expected to resolve the disputes with two of its lessors.
