The New York-based Estée Lauder Companies has several global businesses, including Aveda, a leading line of vegan hair, skin, and body care products. The Aveda X Nykaa salon features spa rooms, manicure and pedicure stations, as well as hair and makeup stations, as well as hair care services such as haircuts, colour, and styling.

Aveda X Nykaa Salon will be a one-stop-shop for 100% vegan premium hair services, focusing on luxury hair services. The salons will be launched by ELCA Cosmetics Private Limited and FSN Brands Marketing Private Limited, subsidiaries of FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited, which operates Nykaa.

The first Aveda X Nykaa branded salon will open in Bangalore. After that, Aveda will focus on Delhi-NCR and Mumbai, with three salons opening this year. The two companies declined to disclose details of their funding.
By growing Aveda’s exclusive salon network and leveraging Nykaa’s knowledge of the Indian market, the salon hopes to set a new industry standard.
