Uday K Kamat, has been appointed as the non-executive director on the board of Galaxy Surfactants.

In a regulatory filing the company stated, “We would like to inform you that on the recommendation of Nomination and Renumeration Committee, the board of directors have appointed Uday K Kamat as an additional director of the company with effect from April 01,2018.”

Further, he has more than 35 years of experience in the field of finance, commerce, project management and general management and was associated with the company as executive director-Finance and retired from the company on March 31,2016.
