Thomas Cook‘s arm, Quess Corp Ltd has acquired Styracorp Management Services and IME Consultancy for an undisclosed amount.
Styracorp which is based in Dubai, provides human resources staffing solutions in the Middle East.
Thomas cook said in a BSE filing that “The acquisition marks the entry of Quess people and services business in the Middle East”.
Quess, headquartered in Bengaluru, is a business services provider and has over 1.1 lakh employees with operation across eight countries.
