Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has planned an Artifical Intelligence (AI) driven command centre in Chennai that can monitor examination venues across India in real-time. The TCS iON’s state of the art centre in Chennai’s Sholinganallur can oversee candidates, devices as well as power parameters at exam venues for ensuring fair and free exams.
According to TCS, to the centre can track movement and device carried by every candidate at any exam centre via alive CCTV feed. It also predicts the readiness of the exam centre which is based on past incidents and the current live feed of events in the exam centre. Alerts are issued about any malpractice attempts based on the learning from the malpractice pattern of the past. The strategy of the business of the IT company is TCS iON which works with education boards and recruitments bodies to conduct large scale and high stake examination in India. Till date, TCS iON has conducted 3,180 exams for more than 200 million candidates in 6,444 exam venues across 643 cities.
