Syndicate Bank has raised Rs 750 crore through issuing bonds.
It said in a BSE filing that “The bank has issued unsecured redeemable non-convertible Basel III Complaint 10 years Tier II Bonds in the nature of debentures (bonds) for inclusion in Tier II Capital aggregating to Rs 750 crore”.
It further added that the issue is fully subscribed.
