Sunteck Realty has given approval to a proposal for raising its investment limits, by registered foreign portfolio investors (RFPIs).
The company’s board of directors has given approval to a proposal for an increase in the investment limits by RFPIs, including foreign institutional investors (FIIs) from the existing 24% to 49% of the paid up equity share capital of the company. Further, it is subject to approval of the shareholders and other statutory approvals, if any.
