On Friday, the Bangalore based Strides Arcolab said that it has got the approval from the US health regulator to sale its drug which is used in treating HIV infection in adult and children in US market.

In a statement the company said, “it has received approval from the United States Food & Drug Administration for Lamivudine and Zidovudine Tablets USP, 150 mg/ 300 mg.”

“The product will be manufactured at the company’s oral dosage facility in Bangalore and marketed by Strides in the US market. The product will be launched in the markets immediately,” the statement said.
