SEBI has slapped penalty on 8 entities for disclosure violation

SEBI, the Market regulator has penalized 8 entities with a penalty of Rs 8 crore for failing to make timely disclosure to stock exchanges with regard to change in shareholding.

The companies on which the fine has been slapped includes Presha Metallurgical, Pankhuri Technowave, Compass Technologies, Parixit Gas Company, Ashok Propon, Darshit Hydro Power Projects, Sankeshwar Metals and Hiralal P Shah HUF (Noticees) for violation of disclosure norms under listing agreement.
