On Tuesday, the market regulator SEBI has appointed HDFC Realty and SBI Capital for selling off sixty properties of the Sahara group to raise dues that would free chairman Subrata Roy.
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has been asked by the Supreme Court to dispose of Sahara properties to raise the dues.
Aamby Valley and Sahara properties in Vasai have not been included in the list.
HDFC and SBI both will be getting 30 properties each to sell, the sale is expected to be completed in 4 months.
