Payjo, a company based in Silicon Valley in US and Bengaluru,has provided the AI banking platform. SIA or SBI Intelligence Assistant is a multilingual chat-bot which can respond in 14 languages in speech or text.
In the starting 3 months, it will answer to queries like information on products and services and respond to queries like ATM locations and IFSC codes.
Further, it will be the largest financial sector AI solution in the world.
