A subsidiary of Punjab National Bank, PNB Housing Finance is considering a proposal to raise up to Rs.8,000 crore in one or more tranches by issuing debt securities.
The company in a regulatory filling stated, the board in it’s meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday, will consider issuance of “secured and unsecured non-convertible debentures aggregating up to an amount of Rs 8,000 crore in one or multiple tranches,”
