On Thursday, the Cab aggregator Ola and the auto major Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd have announced a strategic tie-up.
The alliance will be aiming to increase the fleet strength of Ola by 40,000 cars over the next two years.
According to Anand Mahindra, the chairman at Mahindra Group, “This is not just a tie up between Ola and Mahindra Auto but the entire group.”
Ola drivers will be eligible for Mahindra financing wherein they would be getting up to 100% financing on new, as well as, pre-owned vehicles. Mahindra’s insurance arm’s services would also be offered to drivers who, under the scheme, would paid lower premiums.
Drivers of Ola would also fall under M&M CSR scheme.
