India’s top-selling car maker, Maruti Suzuki will raise its passenger vehicles prices by up to Rs 34, 494 (USD 512) after the imposition of a new ‘green’ tax by government on all cars sold in the country.
Maruti stated on Thursday that the price of its smart hybrid models that are exempted from the new tax will not be increased.
There is no any specification has been given by the company that when they will apply the new prices.
