KEC International, the engineering, procurement and construction major, has got new orders worth Rs 945 crore.
The company has received orders worth Rs 560 crore under th transmission and distribution business in India, Sri Lanka and the Americas.
The company has said in a statement that it includes the turnkey orders from Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Ltd for constructing 220 kV GIS substations and transmission lines in and around Bengaluru.
It add ed that another three orders are from PGCIL and for constructing 220 kV EVH underground cabling system in Chandigarh and 132 kV transmission lines in Arunachal Pradesh.
