IndoStar Capital Finance has filed draft papers with SEBI, to raise approx Rs.2,000 crore via an initial share sale.
As per the draft prospectus filed with SEBI, the IPO consists issue of fresh shares worth Rs.700 crore. Further, the existing shareholders will offer up to 2 crore scrips.
The company plans to use the net proceeds from the fresh issue towards increasing its capital base, to meet future capital requirements. Moreover, the company’s public issue will be managed by JM Financial, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, Morgan Stanley India Company, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors and Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities (India) Pvt Ltd.
