Indian Bank has revised its foreign currency non-resident (banking) term deposits interest rates with immediate effect.
It has said in a statement that ” For FCNR (B) deposits, in USD, the revised interest rates are fixed at 2.11 percent for deposits of one year and above but less than two years, from the current 2.02 percent, for deposits in USD.”
The interest rates have been revised to 2.32 percent for deposits of two years and above, but less than three years from existing 2.12 percent.
Interest rates have been increased to 3.1 percent for deposits of three years and above, but less than four years.
For deposits of four years and above, but less than five years, the interest rates have been revised to 3.16 percent from existing 2.77 percent.
The interest rates for deposits of upto five years, have been fixed at 3.29 percent from existing 2.86 percent.
