Idea Cellular‘s shareholders have approved to raise up to Rs 10,000 crore through the issuance of non convertible securities on private placement basis in one or more tranches.
The 20th Annual General meeting of the company was held on Monday and it said that all the items of business contained in the notice for AGM have been approved by the shareholders.
In a filing to BSE, the company said that a special resolution to issue non-convertible securities on private placement basis up to an amount of Rs 10,000 crore has been approved.
