Hindustan Unilever Limited has decided to recall its ‘Knorr’ chinese instant noodles on account of the pending product approval from the central food safety regulator FSSAI.

The company has decided to stop the production and sale of its Chinese range of instant noodles till the time its application gets approval from FSSAI.

In a statement HUL said that it is initiating a withdrawal of its Chinese instant noodles from the market.

It also made it clear there are no any safety or quality concerns behind the discontinuation of manufacturing and sale of Chinese instant noodles.
