Hindustan Unilever (HUL), has posted a 19.17% YoY rise in net profit at Rs.1,529 crore, for the quarter ended June 30,2018.
Last year, in the same quarter it had posted a net profit of Rs.1,283 crore. Revenue from operations increased 2.88% YoY to Rs.9,356 crore in Q1FY19, while in the same quarter corresponding year it was over Rs.9,094 crore.
Earnings per share of the company increased to Rs.7.06 in June quarter, from Rs.5.93 in the corresponding quarter last year.
