Hital Meswani will be the new HR director of the firm and will be responsible for building some of Reliance Industries’ biggest projects that includes the Hazira petrochemical and the Jamnagar refinery complexes.

Hital will run the HR department after the departure of Prabir Jha, an email notifying Meswani’s appointment was circulated on July 31, after two days of Jha’s exit.

According to the mail the direct reportees to Jha would report to Meswani and they should strive to give RIL a ‘truly transparent and meritocratic culture’.
