The US health regulator USFDA has provided its final approval to the Glenmark Pharmaceuticals for rosuvastatin calcium tablets that are used in lowering cholestrol.
It has said in a BSE filing that “Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Inc, USA has been granted final approval by the US Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) for rosuvastatin calcium tablets.”
Crestor is used for lowering cholesterol and fats (triglycerides) in the blood and is used for reducing the chances of developing problems such as heart disease and strokes.
