Flipkart associates with Udacity for hiring graduates based on Nanodegree projects

Flipkart, the largest online marketplace of India, has announced a partnership with Udacity which is an online learning company.

Flipkart, under the partnership would hire graduates based on capabilities they have built through Udacity’s Nanodegree programmes.

Flipkart, with the partnership aims to redefine the hiring process in the software industry based predominantly on personal interviews and referrals.
