In the month of February, the domestic passenger vehicle sales increases 9.01 percent to 2,55,359 units from 2,34,244 of same month of last year.
The sales of domestic cars were increased 4.9 percent at 1,72,623 units as compared to 1,64,559 of February last year as per the data released by the Society of Indian Automobile Manufactures (SIAM).
In February, the total two-wheeler sales has been declined marginally to 13,62,045 units as compared to 13,62,177 of the year ago month.
As per SIAM, the sales of commercial vehicles has been increased 7.34 percent to 66,939 units in February.
