DLF, the realty major has been aiming new sales booking of Rs 3,000-3,500 crore in the current fiscal that is similar to last year level on account of continuing low housing demand.
Net sales bookings of Rs 3,150 crore has been achieved by the company in the last financial year ended March 31 which is up 7 percent from the previous 2014-15 fiscal.
Ashok Tyagi, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of DLF has said that “We are giving a sales bookings guidance of Rs 3,000-3,500 crore for this fiscal as well. Housing sales are still slow although inquiries have increased.”
