Dilip Buildcon’s wholly owned subsidiary, DBL Gorhar Khairatunda Highways has executed the concession agreement with National Highways Authority of India (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways).

The project is for six laning of Gorhar to Khairatunda section of NH-2 in Jharkhand, under NHDP Phase-V on hybrid annuity mode. The construction period is 24 months and operation period is 15 years from COD.

Furthermore, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company by its employees, directors and promoters will be closed from April 28,2018 to May 4,2018 (both days inclusive).
