The Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd (DHFL) has raised Rs 10,000 crore through allotment of NCDs to successful applicants.
The company had earlier in August said that it will be raising Rs 10,000 crore through issuing non-convertible debentures (NCDs) in one or more tranches.
It has said in a regulatory filing that “The Finance Committee of the Board at its meeting, approved the allotment of 10 crore secured NCDs having face value of Rs 1,000 each aggregating up to Rs 10,000 crore to the respective successful applicants in various series, in terms of the shelf prospectus and tranche prospectus.”
