The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has provided its approval to the Scheme of Arrangement between Strides Shasun, Sequent Scientific and Solara Active Pharma Sciences.

Sequent Scientific CEO, Manish Gupta has said that “We have also filed for stock exchanges approvals which is imminent and thereafter we have to approach the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). We should initiate the process with NCLT by end of July.”
