Bharat Financial and IndusInd Bank has entered into an exclusivity pact to evaluate potential strategic opportunities together. This agreement will grant them exclusive period for due diligence and discussions to appraise the probable strategic union. During this period the two organizations will discuss and finalize the terms and conditions in relation to the proposed coalition, which will be presented for approval by the Board, Shareholders and other statutory and regulatory authority later on . Any information or discussion during the period will be kept confidential.
