Bandhan Bank has been planning to open 180 new branches by March next year with an aim of building a pan India brand.
Bandhan Bank Managing Director and CEO Chandra Shekhar Ghosh has said that they are working on its branding to make it a pan India one.
At present, Bandhan Bank has 670 branches and would go upto 850 in total by March 2017, he said and added that majority of the branches would be opened outside West Bengal.
He has said further that “We have aimed to open up branches at deposit pockets in the country. We are doing a branding as a pan India bank. It will be done in a new way at ground level. And by next March we will be opening up around 180 new branches.”
